Job summary

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and strategic development to expand the customer base and increase sales across markets. Travel is required to support field activities and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• One year of experience supervising sales or operations employees.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Leadership, organizational, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish sales and promotion goals for the Salon Business Consultants and communicate those goals.
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to SBCs in execution of responsibilities; travel 3–4 days/week to assess relationships and skills.
• Visit or contact customers to assess service levels and drive participation in education events.
• Analyze information from Sales Force and Tableau to maximize sales and plan action for the team.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors and the Company; attend meetings and report on activities.
• Monitor employee performance, conduct appraisals, and develop staff; reassign accounts and adjust territory coverage.
• Minimum of 10 field days per month with SBCs to coach selling skills.
• Drive company initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.
• Demonstrate SBH culture values and adhere to ethics.
