Sally Beauty is seeking a Salon Business Consultant to drive salon sales within an assigned territory. The role emphasizes growth through new partnerships, in-salon promotions, and leveraging social media to build a strong client base.

This position requires travel within the territory, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives, while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to reach sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and visual merchandising preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) for building pipelines.
• Strong computer skills; experience with Salesforce, Outlook, PDF Expert, and Oracle.
• Ability to build an online community and social connections.
• Travel locally within the territory; may include overnight trips for shows and events.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Business: identify key accounts, expand partnerships, and meet sales goals.
• Demonstrate in-salon promotions and concepts; plan and track results.
• Call on customers in person to execute sales goals; manage returns and paperwork.
