Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Salon Business Consultant to drive salon growth through in-person visits, coaching and product education. You will manage a defined territory, build relationships with salons, barbers, spas and beauty professionals, and use social media to expand the customer base.

The role requires a valid vehicle for travel within the territory, a strong background in beauty sales, and the ability to meet sales goals while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year outside sales or beauty industry consultative selling experience.
• Must live within the assigned territory and travel locally.
• Strong knowledge of social media to build pipelines and books of business.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Outlook, PDF Expert and Oracle; iPad is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management; professional business image.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by identifying key accounts and expanding partnerships.
• Demonstrate and assist in salons promotions, programs, and concepts.
• Meet sales goals through in-salon initiatives and product knowledge.
• Use social media to promote salons, brands and concepts; prospect new customers.
• Maintain customer information and activity in Salesforce; manage orders and communication.
• Attend shows, events, and shows; travel within territory as needed.
