Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Salon Business Consultant to manage a Minnesota territory, including Faribault and surrounding areas. You will drive salon sales growth through hands-on promotions, digital outreach, and customer partnerships.

The role requires travel within the territory, strong product knowledge, and adept use of social media to expand business. The position offers uncapped commission, full benefits, and vehicle reimbursement, with a full-time career path in a dynamic beauty industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
• Strong knowledge of social media to build pipelines and business needs.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, PDF Expert and Oracle; iPad a plus.
• Travel locally within the territory to meet customers and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by identifying key accounts and developing an efficient route to expand existing customers and form new partnerships.
• Demonstrate and assist in developing, planning, implementing, monitoring and tracking in-salon promotions and concepts.
• Determine customer needs and offer products and services to meet them; communicate initiatives with vendors.
• Proactively prospect new customers through cold calling and digital channels; manage orders and customer data in Salesforce.
• Attend meetings and events; support growth initiatives and adapt to changing business needs.
