Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales or beauty industry consultative selling.
• Must live within the assigned territory (Asheville/Waynesville NC).
• Strong social media proficiency to build pipelines and books of business.
• Experience with inventory control/visual merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by identifying key accounts and expanding salons’ sales.
• Demonstrate in-salon promotions and programs; plan and track results.
• Meet sales goals through new doors and product concepts.
• Use social media to service salons, barbers, spas, and licensed professionals.
• Coordinate with vendors to achieve corporate sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Maintain timely communication via email, text, and phone (24 hours).
• Travel locally within the territory to visit customers and attend events.
