Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Salon Business Consultant to cover eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin, focusing on salon growth through product promotions, education, and digital outreach.

The role involves regular in-person visits in Saint Paul and surrounding areas, building relationships with salons, barbers, spas, and beauty professionals. The position offers an uncapped commission structure with a vehicle reimbursement plan and full benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or beauty industry consultative selling experience.
• Must live within the assigned territory and have a vehicle to travel throughout the territory.

Mansioni

• Grow the Business: identify key accounts within territory and establish a route to grow and develop existing customers while seeking new partnerships.
• Demonstrate and assist customers in developing, planning, implementing, monitoring and tracking results of promotions, programs and concepts.
• Determine customers’ needs and offer products and services to meet those needs.
• Communicate all sales initiatives with vendors to achieve corporate sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Acknowledge and respond to all email, text, and phone communication within 24 hours.
• Analyze accounts to decide on brand support, education, and promotions needed to grow salons.
• Call on customers in person to execute established sales goals.
• Comply with returns procedures and manage related paperwork; complete assignments timely.
• Work with customer service, AR, IT and other functions to support customers.
• Prospect for new customers via cold calling, social media, and digital outlets.
• Manage daily order entry and maintain customer data in Salesforce.
• Attract clients via social media and conduct product knowledge sessions.
• Coordinate with Manager on calls, visits, and status of sales progress.
