Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma.
• Proficient in computer based business-related computer software.
• Ability to handle money, count and make change.
• Customer Service or Cosmetic industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Suggesting retail products to clients, upselling and promoting services.
• Cross-sell services to other areas of the salon.
• Respond professionally to customer service issues and address complaints.
• Maintain good communication with clients and staff in challenging situations.
• Manage booking corrections and refunds professionally.
• Pursue ongoing product and service education and promote business outside the salon.
• Adjust schedule to meet client needs.
