Job summary

Belk is seeking a Salon Retail Coordinator to manage the front desk and ensure smooth daily operations under the Salon Manager. This nonexempt role focuses on delivering great customer service and maintaining a welcoming, organized reception area.

You will suggest retail products, upsell services, handle scheduling and POS transactions, and promote the salon's offerings while upholding state board standards and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with basic computer software.
• Customer service experience preferred in cosmetics or retail.

Responsibilities

• Suggest retail products to clients and upsell.
