Cosmoprof seeks a Salon Business Consultant to cover a Florida territory, visiting salons and driving growth through product knowledge and in-person promotions. You will target new accounts, develop promotions, and sustain customer relationships across Gainesville, Ocala, Leesburg, and surrounding areas.

The role requires travel, strong sales skills, and experience in the beauty industry. Vehicle reimbursement and full benefits accompany an uncapped commission structure for a full-time position.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with consultative selling.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
• Strong social media skills to build pipelines and business.

Mansioni

• Grow the business by identifying key accounts and expanding sales within salons.
• Demonstrate products, plan in-salon promotions, and monitor results.
• Travel throughout the assigned Florida territory to meet sales goals.
• Use social media as an outreach channel to service salons, barbers, spas, schools, and professionals.
• Collaborate with other business functions to support customer needs.
