Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. seeks a Salon Business Consultant to drive salon sales across a Florida territory including Gainesville, Ocala, Leesburg, and surrounding areas. You will visit salons, build relationships, and consult on products and promotions to grow partner salons.

The role emphasizes field-based sales, social media engagement, and collaboration with vendors to achieve sales goals. A vehicle is required for travel within the territory and full benefits accompany a full-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
• Must live within the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Grow the Business: identify key accounts within territory and establish a route to grow and develop existing customers.
• Demonstrate and assist customers in developing, planning, implementing, monitoring and tracking results of all in-salon promotions, programs and concepts.
• Determine customers' needs and offer products and services to meet those needs.
• Communicate sales initiatives with vendors to meet corporate goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Acknowledge and respond to all email, text, and phone communication in a timely manner (24 hours).
• Call on customers in person to execute established sales goals.
• Manage returns procedures and complete required documents timely.
• Work with Customer Service, AR, IT, and other functions as needed.
