Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty in Minnesota’s Owatonna area seeks a Salon Business Consultant to grow salon sales across a defined territory, visiting salons, schools and licensed professionals with strong product knowledge.

The role requires travel throughout the territory, excellent social media use, and a proven ability to build pipelines and secure new business; uncapped commission, full benefits, and vehicle reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or beauty industry experience.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms to build pipelines and business.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Business: identify key accounts and expand existing customers while pursuing new partnerships.
• Demonstrate and assist customers in promotions, programs and concepts.
• Call on customers in person to meet established sales goals.
• Use social media as an outlet to serve salons and licensed beauty professionals.
• Attend shows and events; manage territory-related activities.
