Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Salon Business Consultant to drive sales across a Florida territory, including Gainesville, Ocala, Leesburg and nearby towns. You will visit salons in person, build relationships, and guide business growth with product education and promotions.

Ideal candidates have outside sales or beauty-industry experience, strong social media skills, and are comfortable traveling. This full-time role includes benefits and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year outside sales or beauty industry experience with consultative selling.

Responsabilités

• Grow the salon business in assigned territory by expanding existing accounts and opening new doors.
• Demonstrate products, plan promotions, and track results with customers.
• Use social media as a channel to serve salons, barbers, spas, and licensed professionals.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Travel locally within territory; attend shows and events as needed.
