The position includes developing bathers and stylists, ensuring salon performance, and driving customer satisfaction in a busy retail environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years grooming experience; full-time availability; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with tools, equipment and products to perform technical work safely.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the associate experience and supports development; training, onboarding, mentoring, coaching.
• Develops new and existing associates through bather/stylist certification processes.
• Identifies candidates for academy training to become stylists.
• Delegates daily salon tasks and validates completion.
• Addresses and administers associate complaints and grievances.
• Promotes salon sales and drives key salon metrics.
