The position emphasizes grooming excellence, proper use of salon tools, and leadership in coaching bathers and stylists through the grooming development program, with a commitment to exceptional pet parent experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years grooming experience.
• Full-time availability; ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency with grooming tools and products.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and stay composed.
• Strong organizational skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead associate development through training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.
• Develop bathers and stylists through certification and academy training.
• Identify internal candidates for stylist roles and oversee salon tasks.
• Promote and execute salon services and products; meet sales targets.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.
• Communicate trends and collaborate with Experience Leader on improvements.
• Provide feedback to supervise and support other associates.
