You will supervise staffing, training, and scheduling while ensuring client satisfaction and a safe, clean salon environment. This role requires strong leadership, staff development, and adherence to company standards.

You will drive sales, manage performance, and ensure compliant operation across shifts. This full-time position demands a 5-day workweek and variable shifts based on business needs.

Qualifications

• College education preferred.
• Management or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Follow up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
