Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead a team and deliver the Sun Tan City Experience. You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, and client satisfaction while supervising daily operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, proven management or sales experience, and the ability to coach team members. A 5-day, 40-hour workweek is typical with varying shifts based on business needs.

Qualifications

• College education preferred but not required.
• Experience in management or sales.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lead in a fast paced environment.
• Strong client service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach employees to deliver excellent client experiences.
• Follow up on client concerns promptly.
