Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead a team in delivering the Sun Tan City Experience. You will supervise staffing, training, evaluating, and disciplining staff, while ensuring client satisfaction and safety within the salon.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in management and sales, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced setting with a 40-hour workweek and varying shifts. Excellent benefits are available for full-time and part-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Following up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
• Directly motivates and instructs the salon team by implementing company programs.
• Plans and delegates responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the salon.
• Manage staffing levels and scheduling.
• Adhere to wage and hour laws for non-exempt staff.
