Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead the team and oversee the complete salon operation, ensuring exceptional client experiences and adherence to Sun Tan City standards.

You will supervise staff, coach for peak performance, manage scheduling, training, and safety, while driving sales and maintaining cleanliness and regulations across the salon. A strong customer-service background and leadership ability are essential.

Qualifications

• College education preferred but not required.
• Management and/or sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with multiple situations.
• Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills with coaching and mentoring ability.
• Team-building and delegation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Following up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
• Maintain calm leadership during high-volume periods.
• Hold team accountable for quality client service.
• Drive company metrics by implementing programs and action plans.
• Lead with integrity, promoting company culture and mission.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the salon.

• Analyze financial reports to address trends and performance.
