Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Following up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
• Directly responsible for staffing and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Maintains salon cleanliness, safety and security; manages payroll and inventory.
