Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated leader to join our management team. The Assistant Salon Director will drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and supervise tanning consultants to meet objectives.

This role requires leading by example, maintaining a high-energy, positive environment, and guiding the team to deliver an outstanding client experience. We offer strong benefits, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within Glow Brands.

Formación

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establishes clear goals and objectives for Team Members and coach performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
