SunTanCity, a large family-owned tanning salon chain, is hiring a Salon Director to lead overall salon operations and staff. You will supervise staffing, hiring, training, and scheduling while ensuring exceptional client experiences and safety standards.

Qualifications

• College education preferred but not required.
• Management and/or sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple situations simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor.

• Ability to prioritize and delegate.

• Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Following up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
• Set a positive example and demonstrate calm demeanor during high volume periods.

• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, sanitation, and organization of the salon.
