DCS Consulting and Staffing is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow new business in the Lehigh Valley. You will prospect, build client relationships, manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close, and collaborate with recruiters to deliver staffing solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B sales, a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, CRM experience, and reliable transportation. Competitive base salary plus commissions, PTO, and holidays are offered.
