Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT related field and four years of progressive experience in business application consulting or development
• Associate degree in computer science or an IT related field and five years of progressive experience in business application consulting or development
• High School or GED and eight years of experience in business application consulting or development
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads Salesforce solution design and delivery by defining technical standards, guiding configuration decisions, and ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and quality targets.
• Designs and implements Salesforce solutions using Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls that reduce manual processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Builds and maintains integrations through MuleSoft and Salesforce APIs, consistently achieving defined data-quality targets and reliable data exchanges.
• Troubleshoots Salesforce issues by identifying root causes and delivering fixes within SLAs, improving system stability and user satisfaction.
• Translates stakeholder requirements into Salesforce enhancements that increase feature adoption and improve key usage metrics.
