Job summary

Battelle is seeking a Programmer Analyst to translate business needs into Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise applications. You will design, develop, and maintain technical solutions that address complex requirements and align with security and governance standards.

This hybrid role can be based in Columbus, OH or Crystal City, VA, offering collaboration with process owners and developers to deliver high-impact capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years as a developer or equivalent.
• 3+ years designing, implementing Salesforce solutions in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions for complex business processes.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow and APIs.
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP, data warehouse and other platforms.
• Create detailed estimates for schedule, labor and contractor needs.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
