Job summary

dfwHR is seeking a Salesforce Solution Analyst for a Dallas, TX onsite, 12-month contract. You will bridge business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team, gathering requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.

You will design BRDs, RTMs, user stories, configure Public Sector Solutions, and support UAT and integrations with enterprise apps. This role requires 3+ years Salesforce experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• ScrumMaster.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience configuring Salesforce using Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Experience writing BRDs, user stories, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum project environments.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

• Support permitting, inspections, plan review, fee calculation, and payment routing processes.
• Configure Experience Cloud portals for external constituents and contractors.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approvals, and security models.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements with enterprise apps.
• Assist with data mapping and migration from EnerGov to Salesforce.
• Develop UAT scripts and support users during testing.
• Participate in solution workshops, configuration sessions, scrum activities, and planning meetings.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support milestones, deliverables, and objectives.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Support project documentation and configuration workbooks.

Project Management Firm Salesforce Solution Analyst Role The Salesforce Solution Analyst will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team by gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating functional needs into Salesforce solutions. This individual will play a key role throughout the implementation lifecycle, supporting solution design, configuration, testing, integrations, project coordination, and user acceptance activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs), user stories, and functional specifications.
• Configure Salesforce Public Sector Solutions using declarative Salesforce tools.
