Job summary

The Salesforce Solution Engineer at the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services IT division will support and enhance the PATH NC child welfare system, delivering scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with MuleSoft, Power BI, Synapse, and mainframe technologies.

You will lead the design, configuration, and delivery while ensuring reliability, data quality, and security; troubleshoot within SLAs; translate stakeholder needs into practical enhancements; and guide data-flow

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT field with four years of progressive business app experience.
Alternative: Associate degree with five years of progressive experience in business application consulting or development.
High school/GED with eight years of relevant experience in business application consulting or development.
Experience leading Salesforce solution design and delivery, including configuration, standards, and governance.

Responsibilities

Leads Salesforce solution design and delivery by defining technical standards and guiding configuration decisions.
Designs and implements Salesforce solutions using Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls.
Builds and maintains integrations through MuleSoft and Salesforce APIs with high data quality.
Troubleshoots Salesforce issues within SLAs to improve stability and user satisfaction.
Translates stakeholder requirements into Salesforce enhancements to improve adoption and metrics.
