Responsibilities

Supports and optimizes Salesforce and enterprise healthcare applications across Provider Information domains.
Monitors jobs, interfaces, and data processing; investigates failures; ensures data integrity.
Develops and implements solutions to prevent recurring issues and coordinates incident resolution.
Assists with configuration, enhancements, automation, and system integrations.
Evaluates new capabilities and supports Salesforce enhancements.
Keeps knowledge up-to-date by learning and networking.
