Job summary

EY is seeking a Salesforce-focused architect to lead business-led discovery and design with executive sponsors. You will own multi-cloud Salesforce delivery, guiding architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud, and other enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled transformation and governance while partnering with EY leadership to track value realization. Develop your skills in a flexible, hybrid, client-facing environment and help clients realize measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+ people.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years Salesforce solution or technical architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and scalable data/integration patterns.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors, product owners, users, and teams to define outcomes and processes.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing and more.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, adoption, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, and security.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions, including prompt strategy, data grounding, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Guide teams in Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, and Data Cloud to deliver practical, productivity-improving solutions.
• Establish design standards, architecture records, reusable patterns, governance, and quality checkpoints for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Lead pre-sales activities including solution shaping, RFP responses, statements of work, estimates, and staffing.
