• Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle
• Ability to translate requirements into workable platform solutions
• Experience in pre-sales discovery and Scope of Work
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels of an organization
• Willingness to travel 20%+

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery; document requirements; help define Scope of Work
• Estimate implementation effort and identify required skills with project teams
• Capture business needs and map current and future-state processes
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities
• Own assigned workstreams and collaborate with architects, PMs, analysts, and developers
• Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client status discussions
• Build and maintain declarative automation, data models, security, reports and dashboards
• Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Create test plans, conduct testing, and support user acceptance testing
• Document designs, deliver end-user training, and own deliverables through deployment and post-launch support
