Qualifications

• Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification and 4+ years on Salesforce.
• Experience configuring, testing, deploying Salesforce solutions.
• End-to-end implementation lifecycle experience (discovery to support).
• Ability to translate requirements into workable platform solutions for clients.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, able to guide junior staff and deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery and document requirements; help draft Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with Practice Directors and Solution Architects.
• Capture business needs and map current/future processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard platform practices.
• Own workstreams; collaborate with architects, PMs, analysts, and developers.
