Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to design and deliver cloud-based solutions for clients across industries. You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations, collaborate with architects and project managers, and own workstreams from discovery through deployment.

Required hands-on experience with Salesforce core products (Sales/Service Cloud), Salesforce certifications, and 4+ years in full lifecycle implementations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products and Sales/Service Cloud.
• Certified Salesforce professional with minimum 4+ years on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery and translate requirements into a Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with Practice Directors and Project Managers.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities and best practices.
• Own assigned workstreams, configure solutions, and collaborate with architects and developers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client status discussions.
• Build declarative automation, data models, security/sharing, reports, and dashboards.
