Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce core product experience with Sales/Service Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Consultant) and 4+ years on the platform.
• Experience configuring, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions.
• End-to-end lifecycle experience from discovery through support.
• Ability to translate requirements into workable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication and multi-project delivery capabilities.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and configuration for Salesforce projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and map processes.
• Build scalable Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities.
• Own workstreams; configure, test, and document deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and client status discussions.
• Develop automation, data models, security settings, reports, and dashboards.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Create training materials and provide deployment support.
