Job summary

Crowe seeks a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to lead client engagements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and translate business needs into practical technical designs. You will work directly with customers to gather requirements, configure and test solutions, and support successful implementations.

This hands-on role focuses on delivery and leadership within Crowe's consulting teams, with travel up to 20% across the US. Growth opportunities exist within the practice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certs with 4+ years on Salesforce.
• Experience in end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment and support.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into workable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales discovery, document requirements, and help define the Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with architects and PMs; map current and future processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities and best practices.
• Own workstreams, configure solutions, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and developers.
• Create test plans, support UAT, and deliver post-launch support and documentation.
