Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce consultant to join our consulting team in the United States. You will design, build, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, collaborating with architects, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, certifications, and a proven track record across the full implementation lifecycle. A bachelor’s degree is required and some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certs.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform work.
• Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree required and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery; document requirements and map Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with Practice Directors and PMs.
• Capture business needs and map current/future processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities.
• Own workstreams; configure solutions and collaborate with Architects/PMs/Developers.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, kickoffs, demos, and status discussions.
• Build declarative automation, data models, security/sharing, reports, dashboards.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Create test plans, conduct UAT, and ensure quality; document designs.
