Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
• Salesforce Administrator/Platform App Builder certification and 4+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience across the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from discovery to support.
• Ability to translate requirements into workable platform solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery; document requirements and translate into Scope of Work.
• Partner with Directors, Architects, and PMs to estimate effort and required skills.
• Capture business needs and map current/future-state processes.
• Configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities.
• Own workstreams as hands-on builder, collaborating with team members.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client status discussions.
• Develop declarative automation, data models, security configs, reports, dashboards.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Document designs, deliver end-user training, and deploy solutions.
