Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our consulting practice in the United States. You will lead design, configuration, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for clients, collaborating with Architects, PMs, and Analysts.

The role emphasizes hands-on building, client engagement, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will handle discovery, workshops, deployments, testing, and post-launch support, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce core products including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification and 4+ years on Salesforce.
• Experience configuring, testing, and deploying production Salesforce solutions.
• End-to-end implementation lifecycle experience from discovery to support.
• Ability to translate requirements into workable platform solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Salesforce certifications beyond core platform preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery and document requirements.
• Estimate implementation effort with architects and PMs.
• Capture business needs and map current and future processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities.
• Own assigned workstreams and collaborate with teams.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, kickoffs, demos, and status discussions.
• Build declarative automation, data models, security, reports, dashboards.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Create test plans and support user acceptance testing.
• Document designs, deliver end-user training, and deploy deliverables
