A strong communicator with 4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience is required. The role offers a hybrid work model within the United States and requires up to 20% travel.

Qualificações

• Hands‑on competency with Salesforce core products including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification with 4+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience configuring, testing, and deploying production Salesforce solutions.
• End‑to‑end implementation lifecycle experience from discovery to deployment and support.
• Ability to translate requirements into workable platform solutions for clients.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to guide junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in pre-sales discovery; document requirements and help define Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with architects and project managers.
• Capture business needs and map current/future business processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities.
• Own workstreams; configure solutions hands‑on while collaborating with the team.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, Kickoffs, and status discussions.
• Build declarative automation, data models, security/sharing, reports, and dashboards.
• Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and QA.
• Create test plans, perform testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Document designs, deliver user training, and support deployment and post‑launch.
