Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant cert. with 4+ years on Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience configuring Sales/Service Cloud.
• Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to translate requirements into workable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Willingness to travel at least 20%.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery and define a Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with architects and PMs.
• Capture business needs and map processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Own workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead discovery sessions and client reviews for workstreams.
• Build declarative automation, data models, security, reports, dashboards.
• Support integrations and data migration.
• Create and execute test plans and conduct UAT.
• Document designs, train users, and lead deployments.
