Responsibilities

• Pre-sales discovery and documenting requirements to define scope.
• Lead project implementation and architectural design with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate kickoff and weekly client status meetings and manage timelines.
• Provide final QA of all completed work and client training as needed.
• Develop roadmaps for new initiatives and expand engagement with clients.
• Share accountability for project success end-to-end with delivery teams.
