Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients. You will engage with customers, design custom Salesforce solutions, and deliver innovative outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership in project delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing client success.

Travel up to 20% is required. A Salesforce Certification or MBA plus 4+ years on the Salesforce platform is expected.

Qualifications

Demonstrated competency & experience with all Salesforce core products.
Salesforce Certification or MBA and a minimum of 4+ years’ experience on the Salesforce platform.
Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time.
Experience leading multiple enterprise strategic projects from end to end.
Detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Pre-sales discovery and documenting requirements to generate a Scope of Work.
Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with cross-functional teams.
Facilitate kickoff and weekly client status meetings and manage timelines.
Provide final QA and design training for clientele as needed.
Develop future project roadmaps and expand client engagement.
