Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients. You will engage directly with customers to design, deliver, and implement innovative real-world solutions, driving value across projects.

As part of Crowe’s consulting and advisory teams, you will lead client engagements, guide solution architecture, and collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure successful outcomes. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency & experience with Salesforce core products.
• Salesforce Certification or MBA and at least 4+ years on Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales discovery, documenting requirements to generate a solution and SOW.
• Coordinate with Practice Directors to resource scopes of work.
• Capture business needs with key stakeholders and define processes.
• Fully solution scopes of work meeting business needs clearly and cohesively.
• Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with delivery teams.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and weekly client status meetings; manage timelines.
• Provide final QA of all completed work.
• Design and deliver end-user training for clientele as needed.
• Develop roadmap with the client for new initiatives.
