Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to join our project teams. You will bridge business problems and technical solutions, engage directly with customers, and deliver innovative Salesforce-based outcomes.

The role requires leadership of delivery teams, pre-sales work, and ongoing client collaboration. You will travel up to 20% and collaborate across Crowe’s consulting groups to drive value for Enterprise clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency & experience with all Salesforce core products.
• Salesforce Certification or MBA and a minimum of 4+ years’ experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience managing & delivering multiple projects and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales discovery, documenting business requirements & technical requirements.
• Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with delivery teams.
• Facilitate client meetings, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Design end-user training and maintain ongoing client engagement with roadmaps.
