American Unit, Inc is seeking a hands-on Software Quality Engineer for Salesforce CRM platform with a strong Service Cloud testing background and automation expertise. This hybrid role spans Raleigh, NC; Hoboken, NJ; Denver, CO with 3 days onsite per week and a 12+ month engagement.

The candidate will own automation, API testing and end-to-end QA, collaborating in sprint cycles to ensure release readiness and robust quality across the Customer Success Experience transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud testing background with hands-on automation
• Experience with functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing
• Defect identification, tracking, retesting and release validation in agile environments
