Aperia is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to lead Salesforce Sales Cloud testing efforts from Alpharetta, GA. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, automate using TOSCA and other tools, and validate integrations across complex Salesforce configurations.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted testing, end-to-end validation, and collaboration with developers, analysts, and architects to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software QA experience focused on Salesforce implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture (Apex, triggers, objects, flows).
• Proven ability to design and execute automated tests for Salesforce environments.
• Experience with API testing and integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy and execution for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations across sales, quoting, and revenue workflows.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Perform functional and regression testing of Salesforce configurations including workflows and validations.
• Validate integrations and data flow with third-party systems and back-end services.
• Design, implement, and maintain TOSCA-based automation frameworks; use Selenium/Playwright/Provar as needed.
• Execute end-to-end testing; apply AI-assisted testing to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to translate requirements into robust test scenarios.
• Utilize Salesforce testing tools to facilitate testing processes and defect management.
• Mentor junior QA team members on testing best practices and automation techniques.
