Position Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce‑based applications. This role requires strong expertise in manual and automated testing within Salesforce environments, including validation of customizations, integrations, and business workflows. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms, testing strategies, and the ability to work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality releases.

Location: Piscataway, NJ (Onsite)

Position type: W2 contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform end‑to‑end testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom implementations.
  • Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
  • Validate Salesforce configurations such as Workflows, Process Builder / Flow, Validation rules, and Apex triggers.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing for functional, regression, integration, and UAT cycles.
  • Work closely with developers and admins to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware).
  • Perform data validation and data integrity testing within Salesforce objects.
  • Support release cycles, including deployment validation and post‑release testing.
  • Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.

  • Familiarity with release management tools like Copado
