ConsultBae is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure quality across Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, and releases. The role focuses on test execution, planning and evidence collection, with hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and automation tools.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of QA experience, including testing Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and release readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience with Salesforce projects.
• Hands-on testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration and UAT testing.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, Lightning, Flows and JavaScript.
• Experience with automation and API testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and defect/test management tools.
• Ability to document tests clearly and communicate defects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration and UAT testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, data and evidence.
• Perform automated tests using Salesforce testing tools.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations and integrations.
• Log, prioritize and track defects through closure.
• Support release, deployment and upgrade validation.
• Collaborate with QA leads, developers and product teams.
• Contribute to quality process improvements.
