Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for Salesforce and enterprise web applications.

The role emphasizes QA automation, API testing, Salesforce validation, and cloud-based testing within an Agile environment. You will build and maintain automated test frameworks, create test plans and execute performance tests, perform API testing with RESTful services, and collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of QA automation experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on API testing and automation using Postman, Swagger, Rest-Assured, and JMeter.
• Strong knowledge of the Java Spring ecosystem and cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for Salesforce and integrated apps.

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for Salesforce and enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA automation, API testing, Salesforce platform validation, and cloud-based application testing while working collaboratively in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for Salesforce and integrated applications.
• Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and performance tests for new and enhanced features.
• Perform API testing using RESTful services and automation tools.
• Validate Salesforce Platform functionality and integrated enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support quality assurance initiatives across cloud-based, distributed, and web-based applications.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Ensure software quality, reliability, and performance through comprehensive automated testing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of QA Automation experience in enterprise or distributed application environments.
• Hands‑on experience with API testing and automation tools including Postman, Swagger, Rest‑Assured, and JMeter.
• Knowledge of the Java Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud technologies and tools including Maven, Bitbucket, Bamboo, MongoDB, Kafka, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
