Job summary

PCG Consulting Group International is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to support a large-scale Salesforce initiative within a healthcare/public-sector environment. You will validate functionality across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Flow, integrations, and Apex-based solutions.

Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are production-ready; participate in Agile ceremonies and release testing

Qualifications

• 5+ years QA/testing with Salesforce testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC and Flow.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions.
• Test Experience Cloud portals, security, and external-user functionality.
• Validate integrations with external apps and APIs; perform SOQL checks.
• Support SIT/UAT and defect triage with developers.
