Job summary

INFO ORIGIN is seeking a Salesforce QA tester to join the Enterprise Contact Center team. You will design, maintain, and execute test cases in Azure DevOps for Salesforce applications in an agile setting.

The role requires strong hands-on testing, API testing with SoapUI or Postman, and experience with Service Cloud. You will collaborate with developers to ensure performance and security guidelines are met.

Qualifications

• Salesforce QA/testing experience (6+ years)
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience (4+ years)
• Azure DevOps testing experience (4+ years)
• CCaaS testing experience (Nice CXone) preferred (4+ years)
• SQL experience (1+ year)
• Selenium or other test automation tools (1+ year)
• Public health/government processes experience preferred (Michigan)

Responsibilities

• Test Salesforce applications and write test cases in Azure DevOps.
• Write Test Plans/Test Suites for Enterprise Contact Center projects.
• Define and implement automated test scripts and CI integration.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure testing results meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Identify automation framework improvements and recommend tools.
• Ensure solutions adhere to SOM security guidelines.
