Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership in Agile/Scrum.
- Advanced Salesforce Administration experience.
- Lead requirements gathering, design, UAT, and post-deployment support.
Responsabilités
- Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and stakeholder reviews.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities improving customer and employee experiences.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and ArrowSphere, Power BI, and ERP.
- Lead end-to-end process improvements and scalability initiatives.
